This is an old family run estate with vineyards on the northern slopes of the Luberon. They also own vineyards in the Ventoux.
For the past fifteen years the owners have been reorganising the whole structure of both viticulture, vinification and maturation. The whole process is performed by natural methods.
Yields are deliberately low, with some parcels of land being grassed over for this purpose.
Sometimes grapes are harvested green in July to reduce what could otherwise prove to be an oversized crop.
